We want you to love your Downeast apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
